Frederick Martynuska

Frederick J. Martynuska, 47, of Altoona, died Saturday, October 16, 2021 at UPMC- Altoona Emergency Room Department.

He was born in Altoona, Pa on May 23, 1974, son of Frederick C. and B. Gail (Ansman) Martynuska.

Fred worked as a Machine Operator at L.S. Fiore, Inc. Altoona for the past 29 years.

He had attended Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament Altoona, Pa.

Fred was a 1992 graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle High School. He enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, grilling and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his Loving Fiancee Tammy J. Little with whom he resided Father & Mother Frederick and Gail Martynuska, a sister Michelle (Ben) Lee, and 5 children Amanda (Martin) Bradley, Emily Little, Dylan Martynuska, Zach Martynuska, and Kaylee Martynuska all of Altoona, Pa. Fred was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Jim and Margie Ansman, paternal grandparents Fred and Alice Martynuska and his god-mother Maureen Wolf.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 9:30 AM Wednesday October 320, 2021 at Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament, Altoona with Msgr. Stanley B. Carson celebrant.

Committal Rites will be held at Alto Reste Park Cemetery Altoona, Pa.

Friends will be received Tuesday, October 19, 2021 from 5-8 Pm at Jones Funeral Home where a Vigil for the Deceased will be celebrated during the visitation.
